The Technium Account Executive is responsible for the direct sales of Technium and Technium partner products and services to new and existing customers. This position requires a self-motivated, success-driven individual with a proven record of value based professional relationship-building and/or B2B sales. Exceptional
communication, deal-making, negotiation, presentation, and business relationship management skills along with a positive attitude and personal integrity are required to succeed. One must understand, and believe in the big picture by listening for, and solving problems for our customers through Technium core solutions and strategic partnership solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish new client relationships (open new accounts)
Participate in tradeshows, expositions, and other industry events
Manage and grow customer relationships
Qualify leads to determine their suitability and interest in the products or services. Assess the lead's needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Present product/services, negotiate and secure commitments from customers to purchase the products/services.
Maintain accurate CRM opportunities and pipeline data and forecast
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
Effective internal communication to keep other Technium functions informed of account happenings
Display a strong commitment to quality and continued improvement
Other duties as assigned by sales or executive management
Company Expectations
Read and follow all company policies and processes including but not limited to Company Handbook, WISP and SOC2 Compliance, and Core Company Processes
Follow EOS and understand success relies on Right Person Right Seat (RPRS) and metrics

Skills and Qualifications
3+ years’ experience working in a professional sales or relationship-building environment
Performance and metric driven
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
General understanding of online applications and business software (ex.CRM)
Experience working in B2B technology sales preferred
Proven history of business growth or sales success
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understanding of enterprise computing and/or cybersecurity desirable
Bachelor’s degree in technology, communications, or business-related field desirable
Understanding of / or ability to learn – Cisco/Meraki, PAN, AWS and a variety of other cyber security tools/vendors
