Senior Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

CAD Design: SolidWorks

4-6 years experience

Arduino, Raspberry Pi programming is a plus

Mechatronics, robotics, motion control experience

Experience in automation, machine design â motors, control systems, linear motion control, actuators

Medical Device or Consumer industry experience is a plus

Strong communications skills

Strong interpersonal skills (presentations, customer meetings, design reviews) Responsibilities:

Support multidisciplinary engineering teams in the development of complex mechanical assemblies, layouts, models, drawings and BOM's for a variety of product development projects

Perform detailed engineering and design of a variety of products and systems

Support iterative design changes, manage large mechanical assemblies, check for interferences, fit and finish
