Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reporting and Consolidation Manager to join our regional finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the statutory financial reporting, overviewing offices accounting close processes, and consolidation activities for the company. The Reporting and Consolidation Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely statutory financial reporting and consolidation to support strategic decision-making and compliance requirements.

What you'll be doing:

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.

Manage and coordinate the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the reporting and consolidation processes.

Collaborate with the finance teams in offices and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting and disclosure requirements.

Develop and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) related to reporting and consolidation processes.

Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit and quarterly review processes related to reporting and consolidation activities.

Stay abreast of accounting standards and regulatory changes to ensure compliance in financial reporting and consolidation activities.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

CPA or advanced degree preferred.

5 plus years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting close processes, with exposure to managerial or supervisory roles.

In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience in applying accounting and reporting principles to complex transactions and business arrangements.

Strong understanding of consolidation processes, including intercompany transactions, elimination entries, and foreign currency translations.

Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools; experience with Maconomy, Visual Dolphin, BFC is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels within the organization.
