How you will make contributions that matter
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle by providing end to end HR Business Partnering services across our retail client group, AG Warehouse. You will ensure the business has the capability and resources to meet short and long term business objectives and deliver solutions around organisational structure, culture, employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development.
About you
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you enjoy working within a dedicated and collaborative HR team and possess the following:
In excess of 3 years’ experience as an HR adviser/business partner supporting a retail or high volume business
Demonstrated credibility as a trusted business partner and employee advocate
Proven ability to influence, challenge and engage senior teams and individuals
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience dealing with employee relations matters
