Hygiene Technician

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, days and nights. 6:45 - 7.

Salary: £29,315.28 per annum

You will make contributions that matter by...

Being responsible for the hygiene standards across all non-process equipment areas.

Supporting the operations team during wet and dry cleans to ensure the appropriate hygiene standards are maintained.

Supporting the food safety, quality and integrity strategy implementation across the Nuneaton site in accordance with MPS.

Conducting microbial and ATP swabbing.

Ensuring changing rooms are maintained to the highest hygiene standards.

Assisting in hygiene improvement work.

You are best suited for the role if you have…

Experience in a similar hygiene based role.

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.

Attention to detail.

Interpersonal skills including the ability to evaluate and respond appropriately.

The ability to operate under your own initiative and unsupervised whilst ensuring all work is completed within the required timeframe.
