Role overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CX Sales and Service Core Extensibility who will be catering to clients in North America and supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales/delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.
What you’ll do
Drive the key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations; integrating to backend ISU (S/4HANA) system
Present key workshops as defined by the methodology to help capture business requirements and translating requirements to design specifications of the customer solution
Scope, design and configure the system to meet business requirements
Build functional specifications and work with technical consultants on application customization
Work with integration SME on connection between SAP Sales & Service Cloud and back-end S/4HANA environment
What you bring to the role
Solid 14 to 17 years of experience, specializing in SAP CX Sales and Service Core Extensibility and Integration.
ISU Utilities experience is desirable. This role demands a strategic problem solver who can connect technology solutions with business needs in the Retail,
Customer Services, and Utilities domains to drive significant impact
