SuccessFactors Consultant (Performance and Goals)

Cognizant is looking for a collaborative and inclusive SuccessFactors Consultant (Performance and Goals) to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Zürich. This is a full-time role that comes with an excellent salary and benefits package for the right candidate.

As a SuccessFactors Consultant (Performance and Goals), you will participate in client discussions, workshops and training sessions at the company's onsite. You will also perform developer tests and collaborate with the onsite team to develop the module. Please note that this position would suit someone looking for career flexibility.

In your first week in this SuccessFactors Consultant (Performance and Goals) role, you can expect to:

· Participate on client discussion, Workshops, Training Sessions at Onsite

· Perform developer's tests

· Collaborate with the onsite team and provide Knowledge Transfer to develop the Module

· Be the Subject Matter Advisor for the Module and realise the module

· Support acceptance testing and regression testing (issue resolution and validation of business requirements)
