Responsibilities

Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines

Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationship with firm leadership

Manage projects to ensure quality and timeliness

Effectively manage multiple engagements in a team environment and work independently. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services

Research and consult on various accounting matters; ability to prepare technical memos or respond to authority inquiries when requested

Responsible for training, supervising and ongoing development of associates and seniors

Ability to lead and manage engagements, including budgeting, billing, and engagement economics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Experience working on clients in one or more of the following industries: automotive, technology & life science, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and construction, healthcare, professional services industries, etc.

4+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting

CPA license required

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000-150,000
