Are you a motivated and talented Filipina female with a passion for administrative and HR functions?

We're looking for someone just like you to join our team in Riyadh!

Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, events coordination, and general inquiries.

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Handle end-to-end visa processing for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Create and manage job advertisements on social media platforms and other relevant channels.

Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative and HR activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR role.

Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.

Experience in managing email communication and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.

Familiarity with the visa process and related regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
