Responsibilities :
Perform its duties to:
Engage and proactively partner with BU/SU Heads in understanding their business needs and provide strategic advice and initiatives to achieve the business goals
Provide the strategic interface to BU/SU Heads / stakeholders through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
Building a strong collaboration between all internal functions in Human Resources Department in order to partnering with BU/SU
Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university with relevant major background.
Possess exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to move a group with a unified vision and common objective, and in a common direction.
Experienced in building awareness on key organizational issues and presenting a relevant solution, guide departmental heads, management, and stakeholders through a collaborative and shared decision making process.
Experience in human resources advantageous – conversant with the full spectrum of human resource functions

Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Strong negotiation, influencing, and team facilitation skills.
Excellent written as well as verbal communication and presentation skills.
Effective Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
Project Management and Change Management skills.
Good understanding of internal and external HR related Law and Regulatory
Computer literate – proficiency in Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
