We are hiring Activity Leaders for next summer. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining experience in working in an international and well known company globally.

The Person

Do you enjoy leading groups of people? Showing them around cities and leading group events? Are you enthusiastic, organised, and a natural leader whilst being approachable and friendly at the same time?

You might be local with a passion to show off these wonderful islands or foreign yourself and pass on your love of travel and adventure!

The Role

We are looking for energetic, bubbly people to accompany groups of students around Malta, Gozo & Comino. This is a full-time summer-job for summer 2024, with contract lengths varying from 2-12 weeks.

Every day will be different and you will be scheduled to work on a shift basis over 6 days per week.

In this role you will be responsible for planning and organising activities whilst ensuring the welfare of our younger international students.

Requirements:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. (C2 level of spoken English preferred)

Highly focused on customer service and team spirit;

Enjoys the hospitality industry;

Remains calm under pressure and able to use own initiative;

Positive attitude, strong sense of ownership and the drive to succeed;

Must be flexible and able to work evenings/weekends

Have the right to live and work in Malta.

What will you take away?

As an activity leader, you will work primarily with students who do not speak English as their first language, thus enhancing your communication skills, leadership skills and your organisational skills. After an EF experience you will leave having created great memories for you and your students or potentially kickstart your international career with EF.
