Elsabi is providing sustainable financial services to communities that cannot access banking services (small entrepreneurs and small farmers, women, youth, etc.). Position 1: Saving and Credit Officer Education and Work Experience: Degree, College Diploma or Level IV (COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management, 0 years’ for BA and a minimum of 2 years related experience for Diploma and Level 4 (Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset). The purpose of the Credit and Saving Officer I position is to undertake social promotion that includes group organization, handle the mobilization of clients for saving and loan collections of the branch.

Screens organized clients according to their preferences and facilitates loan appraisal, approved loan disbursement and schedule collections.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa Position 3: Risk And Internal Audit Head Education and Work Experience: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing 3 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.

Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Prepares annual internal audit plans and work schedules; Identify risk prone financial, procurement and operational areas to properly address during the review to set priority, determine audit program to be used, techniques to be applied, sampling techniques to be used and sample size to be covered.
