Employment Opportunity:

Full Time and Part Time Grounds Maintenance and Operators. The perfect position for retirees, students looking for a summer job, or a supplement to another career- Especially if you love golf!

Job Summary:

Prepares and maintains golf course practice facility, and other golf course surfaces as required, ensuring compliance with all golfing regulations and standards. Sets range for play, placements, patches divots, and operates and maintains greens-keeping equipment.

Job Duties:

-Maintains golf practice facility, including mowing of surfaces, set up for play, repairs divots, prunes trees; performs pest control.

-Installs, maintains, and repairs irrigation systems.

-Performs or oversees the performance of golf cart maintenance.

-Assists in special construction projects as required.

-Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

-Attends staff meetings.

-Anything requested by the immediate supervisor for the successful operation of the club.

Job Requirements:

-Knowledge of light equipment operation and/or maintenance.

-Knowledge of fertilizer and/or pesticide applications.

-Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.

-Valid driver’s license

-Ability to lift 20 pounds

-Morning and afternoon availability

Reports To:

Golf Course Superintendent

CLC Employment Benefits:

-Starting hourly wages between $13-$15 based on experience
