Job Description
Well established construction and surveying company in need of a Survey Project Coordinator that has experience with land surveying and GIS system, filling out surveying costs, proposal documents, communicate with clients. This is a direct hire full time position.
What you will do as a Survey Project Coordinator:
· Fill and manage project documents
· Gather all documentation pre-survey
· File any regulatory documents for each projects
· Manage technical proposals
· Manage client communications
· Call clients to inform them on project completion dates
· Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
What you will need as a Survey Project Coordinator:
· 2+ years in land surveying coordinator
· Proposal writing experience
· Land surveying knowledge
· Register of Deeds knowledge
· Client communication experience
