Director of Case Management - Asheville, NC
Compensation: $146,000 - $184,000
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Join Our Mission: Seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to lead and optimize our hospital case management operations. This role includes full responsibility for department activities, ensuring continuity of care, and optimal clinical resource utilization.
Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee departmental operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and technology use.
Implement and monitor case management models and practices.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Foster relationships with hospital leadership and stakeholders to support case management goals.
Drive performance improvement initiatives and manage department budget and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospital case management with a preference for candidates who have led case management in large (over 500 beds) acute care facilities.
Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
