If so, we are looking for Splicers to join the Fiber team, playing a pivotal role in connecting customers and small businesses with high-quality cable services.

What You Will Be Doing:

Splicing and terminating fiber optic cables both indoors and outdoors, ensuring seamless connectivity.

Employing diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot cabling, addressing any field issues with expertise.

Collaborating with team members to fulfill daily objectives, guaranteeing a positive installation experience for all customers.

Safely using hand and power tools, prioritizing safety above all.

Professionally driving a company-provided vehicle, adhering to all driving policies, from home to various job sites.

Accurately completing job documentation in a timely manner.

Who Should Apply:

Individuals with at least one year of experience in Splicing or a related field.

Those with experience in cabling (coax, fiber, cat5e) and terminations.

Candidates with a solid understanding of cabling standards and network infrastructure.

Applicants with field service experience in the telecommunications industry are preferred.

Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Schedule:

5 days per week.

8-10 hour shifts (schedules may vary).
