Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role in Columbus, OH for a Staffing Specialist. The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates into open positions. They will also work with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop solutions to fill those positions with qualified candidates. The Staffing Specialist will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Bilingual is a huge plus (spanish preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
