Night Shift Flexo Press Operators--Orlando, FL

A rapidly growing flexographic printing company in Orlando has two new openings on their team. Looking for experienced flexo press operators on night shift (6pm-6am). Great company culture and room for career advancement as this team is expanding and recently added new equipment. Preference for Nilpeter experience, but open to any narrow web flexo backgrounds, may consider wide web as well.

Seeking minimum of 1-2 years of narrow web flexo experience (preference for at least 3-5). Benefits include medical, vision, dental insurance. Company pays for up to $50k in life insurance plus short-term and long-term disability.

Duties: To operate a narrow web printing press to produce high quality flexographic prints.

To print a number of pack formats in accordance to the customer’s specific specifications.

You will be expected to offer general support to your department with workloads i.e. staying later when busy and being flexible in your approach.

Ensure that print machinery and their surrounding areas are clean and tidy, and regularly maintained in accordance with maintenance schedules.

Pass on any knowledge that you feel may benefit the department or company as a whole.

Regular Liaison with Factory Manager, outline work schedules to be followed and any other duties that will need to be performed.
