The Regional Portfolio Leader, EM for Personal Care & Infection Prevention is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability of their allocated product portfolios in the Emerging Markets (The region covering four different clusters; Middle East Africa, India, South East Asia and Australia). This includes product life cycle management and activation of all innovations into the regional marketplace alongside the development and implementation of various marketing programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering, business or a related field
A minimum of 5-8 years Marketing experience with strong quantitative and qualitative results
B2B & Healthcare sector experience. (Experience from multinationals company is a plus)
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Experience with managing large product portfolio complexity
The ability to work remotely with different people from different cultures and coordinate them for common goals
The ability to think outside the box and define solutions that work
An analytical and data-driven approach, and the ability to generate insights from this
The strengths to turn a strategic vision into tangible actions
Experience in managing both projects and innovation launches
Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the adaptation and activation of the value proposition for key customer segments across geographies with existing and new customers (including global strategic accounts), through a matrixed team of regional and local marketers
Define, implement and deliver with excellence a clear portfolio strategy. Coordinate regional product portfolio management and optimization - analysis and P&L driven approach
Work with the Healthcare Sector team to develop and implement a strategy to build Diversey’s brand credibility and market share in the infection prevention arena
Develop the capabilities of the Diversey sales team in the infection prevention arena, including the development and delivery of training content, development and delivery of cleaning protocols, and emerging pathogen and outbreak response tools
Work directly with end user facilities and key stakeholders (i.e. infection preventionists, EVS, nursing) as an infection prevention expert to improve process, resolve technical issues and be a sustaining resource
Work with end users and key opinion leaders to design and execute studies and white papers to support evidence-based best practices
Lead our relationship with industry partners including active participation in events, planning committees, boards, and annual scholarship programs
Demonstrate application and sector expertise - Demonstrate understanding of the healthcare sector, customer/stakeholder needs, and Diversey products and programs. Apply this knowledge to identify and present the appropriate solution(s) to key customers
Develop new product ideas, prepare and execute launch plans for new products with appropriate product positioning, segment/cluster specific value propositions for designated areas and product ranges
Manage innovation cycle - coordinate insights generation and processing, translation into product needs, execution of local/regional/global innovation programs with right market adaptation
Support the Global Strategy Office in the development of the global long term company strategy (where to play and how to win) and ensure that key strategic initiatives are executed in the region and aligned across verticals and amongst the regional team
Be a facilitator, collaborator and guide on priorities for other functions, on product/portfolio related matters, working in close partnership with peer function leaders to connect the supporting functions behind overall growth priorities
Analyze portfolio performance along key metrics, draw implications and develop recommendations based on key market trends. Ensure a high standard of execution and delivery across all projects getting buy-in from stakeholders in terms of key date and deliverables
Structured approach to workload prioritization and planning, driving and facilitating the right mix of maintenance, value adding and experimental focus across her/his portfolio
