Oncology Key Institution Representative
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Additional Hire to expand KIM function.
As a Field Marketing Communicator, establish presence of Bayer oncology, maximize oncology products value, shape the market (i.e. Cancer genome, GU franchise) and achieves sustainable competitive advantage and long term success by strategically building and strengthening the network of Key institutions
Support for dissemination of marketing messages to sales
Collect customer insights and competitive activities from key accounts and feed them back to marketing in order to reflect them in marketing strategy
Based on the marketing strategy, planning and implementation of marketing events (e.g. speaker development program and advisory board meeting etc.)
Create individual account plans and execute strategies and tactics based on account plan
Collaborate (consulting, propose and lead) with Sales Office Managers/MRs to resolve area issues
Establish and build strong relationships to build KOLs/speakers who understand and support the message of Bayer products
WHO YOU ARE:
University Degree or above
At least 5 years relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry Marketing or MSL or Key Account Marketing(KAM) experience is preferred, Oncology TA knowledge is essential
High performance track record as MR
Working experience in HQ with company level view is preferred
Experience with a diagnostic product is preferred.
Entrepreneurial (e.g. led new project) curiosity in working in new settings
Interpersonal skills (Negotiation, Presentation, facilitation, questioning) and analytical, logical thinking skills
Japanese: Native-level, English: Business-level (TOEIC 600+) for managerial level employees
