Advanced Quality Engineer

Danfoss is looking for a new colleague to support the Customer base from the Quality point of view addressing their concerns and/or complaints for product, processes and services related to the Product Portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Perform Coordinator role within Quality systems (IT: Complaint handling system, IQOS, SAP, Salesforce), ensure right functions are involved according to symptom/failure analysis results

Final review and release of 8D reports to ensure customer is satisfied with proper lead times and quality of response

Communicate and display to the supply chain the status of complaints and Monthly report of main complaints and status (incl. PPM, Recalls, Scrap, internal, external,etc)

Customer requirements handling

Act as a link between customer voice, manufacturing, and other quality functions to ensure the project has officially appointed resources (incl. SQE, LQE, CQE and CQM when relevant)

Ensure proper creation and use of Quality Assurance Plan is used as a support and described activities are covered

Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits

Other tasks as required on the job agreed with a direct Manager

Bachelor degree

3 - 5 years of relevant experience

English language (written and spoken)

Experience with Quality Systems

Experience with complaint handling (8D, FMEA, Manufacturing process )
