Role

Join our dedicated team as a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Production Operator, Compound Specialist). Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean work area, ensuring quality standards, operating and troubleshooting equipment, and accurately documenting actions. You'll also have the opportunity to step into a Training/Relief Operator role, providing support and training to other team members as needed.Benefits

Ability to read, write, and follow Standard Operating Procedures in English.

Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Experience with tool/die/mold setup, mechanical troubleshooting, plastic extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding.

Forklift operation skills and physical ability to handle machine parts up to 50 pounds.
