Job Description

As an Administrative Associate (Bilingual) at Alcott HR, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including fielding incoming calls, data entry, documentation review, and project-based work. You will have the opportunity to work with our clients in different facets of our business and collaborate with an experienced team who will provide ongoing training and development.

Here's what you'll do:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Respond to internal and external emails and correspondence promptly.

Assist callers with basic troubleshooting and system navigation questions.

General office duties including organizing and maintaining files, uploading electronic documents, mail distribution, running reports, data entry and utilizing electronic delivery programs.

Provide project support to the Administration Team as well as other departments as necessary.

You are someone who has:

3+ years of related administrative experience.

Ability to speak, read and write fluently in both Spanish and English.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

HRIS experience preferred.

Compensation range of $19.00-$24.00/hour, commensurate with experience. This is a full time position (40 hours per week).
