C3 Project Manager (TESA)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Comtech Systems, Inc (CSI) is looking for C3 Project Manager (TESA) candidates who will provide functions to support IT project management activities at unit level, this involves overseeing all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. Candidates will be expected to work with a spirit of cooperation and must exhibit a tenacious work ethic while possessing the drive and critical thinking to excel in potentially tumultuous conditions.
Prefer candidates with a valid US passport.
Must have an active, current Top-Secret Clearance.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
All candidates will perform the following duties:
Collaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods.
Develop the specifications for all equipment that is required for each project.
Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data.
Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures.
Establish the methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests Work with other privileged users to jointly solve IA problems.
Provide knowledge of the UANOC architecture and GCCS-J systems.
Provide knowledge of all the computer-based tools for project management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
All candidates will have the following minimum skills:
Three (3) years of progressive experience in design and development.
Two (2) years of experience in management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development.
Minimum of two (2) years of systems analysis experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with diverse audiences, internally and externally to foster strong teamwork.
Work well independently or as a member of a team environment
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management, OR an Associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
