Job Description

Elite Sports Clubs is looking for an organized, reliable In-house working Commercial Carpenter. We are a fast growing company and are self preforming on large capital improvement projects as well as regular daily upkeep of the facilities. Applicants can expect to work on many different carpentry tasks including layout, framing, drywalling, acoustical, and Doors/frames & Hardware.

Minimum 3 years of Commercial experience required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

Preforms carpentry layout, framing installation of acoustical ceilings and some forming for our construction projects.

Works with the construction manager to order materials, schedule and plan work.

Is willing to work with semi-skilled staff and teach them small skills to aide in completing project work and keep them working.

Must be willing to work night or weekend shifts as needed to complete off hour shut down work that may not be completed in high traffic areas of the club, limited to a dozen or so days a year.

Assist with special projects as required

Must be willing to deal with clientele regularly and with a smile, as this is an open and operating facility, member service comes firstQualifications:

Willing to travel from club to club as needed (Milwaukee area)

Required to use personal basic hand tools (specialty tools will be provided)

Millwork experience a plus

Must have experience in metal studs, structural steel and ceiling grids.

Possesses customer service, communication, and have a basic understanding of app use on your personal mobile device.

Will possess valid Wisconsin state driving licenseEducation/ Experience:

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of experience in Commercial Carpentry

Completion of technical school certificates a plus

Knowledge and understanding of blueprints
