Job Description
$20 hourlyResponsibilities:
Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
Work with the culinary team to ensure the quality of the food for the guests is top notch
Qualifications:
Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards
3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulationsAbout Company
