Qualifications:
At least 1yr experience in email management
Proficiency with different email management software, preferably Zendesk
Committed and willing to be assigned in any Site.
Flexible in shifting schedules. Responsibilities:
Attend to customer enquiries through emails (Zendesk) in a timely and accurate manner
Stay on top of campaigns and promotional releases
Communicate customer feedback to internal / external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers
