Check and monitor vehicle condition before use.

Complete checklist of vehicle to ensure safety before use.

Monitor gas level of vehicle.

Answer phone calls when in stationary position to accept orders/ instructions from supervisor.

Transfer sent home workers to approved location of transfer.

Fill out trip tickets and outgoing passes (if needed) every exit from the company.

Update supervisor on any changes in trip schedule/ urgent trips

Submit vehicle blowfacts checklist on a weekly basis to supervisor.

Update from time to time the status and details of their trip.

Accommodate scheduled official business trips

Perform task that may be assigned by the supervisor
