Main Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for administering, overseeing, and maintaining the company standard requirements related to the Admin department which includes GA, HR, Compliance, and others.

HR Function:

Assist and conduct activities related to recruitment such as interviews, orientations, onboarding, and exit management.

Conducts/facilitates training of employees for their development in coordination with the concerned Department.

Update daily time record for monthly report.

Ensures that the government-mandated benefits and company-initiated benefits are given to the employees.

Shall fill out administration-related work and formulate company rules and regulations.

Shall confirm compliance, from the legal point of view, with the labor contract and shall exercise their rights and perform their obligations in good faith perform their obligations in good faith.

Other tasks to be assigned when needed.

General Affairs Function:

Transact and communicate to local government offices as part of the company's compliance with different kinds of permits and certifications.

Ensure that the company obeys regulations, complies with laws, follows policies and contractual obligations, meets eligibility requirements for licenses and permits, and more.

Reviews and analyzes internal processes and recommends procedural or policy changes to improve operation.

Communicate with the legal office, HQ, and other 3rd parties to assist with their concerns and other.

Submit reports to SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, SEC, DOLE, and BIR.

Process Visa, AEP to DOLE for Japanese ex-pats.

Controls budget for contracts, equipment, and supplies, does inventory and purchases office supplies.

Coordinate with building administration for office repairs and maintenance.

Review periodically the performance management system and implementation.

Other tasks to be assigned when needed.

Others

Assist external audit with the accounting manager when needed.

Assist with other compliance, and data privacy-related concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Business Administration, Management, or similar course.

Has at least 15-20 years of experience in the same field, and has hands-on experience in GA and HR.

With experience in SPV/Managerial level.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word.

Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Highly analytical and keen on details and accuracy.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

With experience working in financing or leasing industry.

With experience working in Japanese Company
