Responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs. This includes issues raised by current and future employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, labor negotiations, and employee relations.•
In-charge to resolve on time of all Incident Reports committed by employee whether to issue a Warning Notice, Suspension or Dismissal may be imposed against the employee.
In-charge, supervises and monitor the implementation of HR policies, guidelines, procedures and Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) of the Company.
Oversees of recruiting, interviewing, selecting and hiring applicants for the plant manpower requirements.
Arrange/prepare/collect all necessary pre-employment documents and 201 File of newly hired employee and encoded in Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS).
Prepare and assist mandatory benefits of employees.
