Maintenance Manager

Creating maintenance schedules and assets lists.

Create a system of work to organize and centralize the whole maintenance and projects operations.

Supervising maintenance and project workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices.

Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required.

Discussing maintenance and project concerns with the Management and suggesting cost effective remedial measures.

Coordinating work performed by outside vendors.

Supervising and coordinating all maintenance and projects works related to the branches, staff accommodations, office, vehicles, and warehouse.

Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.

Scheduling and assigning corrective maintenance work orders and Preventive work maintenance tasks.

Make scheduled visits to the branches in Riyadh & Jeddah.
