Ideal Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

10+ years' proven experience in commercial ground-ups with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Heavy/Civil experience highly preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
