Welcome to Pandora EMEA Distribution Center GmbH, a logistics and distribution company of the Pandora Group based in Hamburg. Our Mission is to ship jewellery from our location in Hamburg to the EMEA region.

For our Distribution Center in Hamburg we are looking for you as a:

Customer Relations Representative (m/f/d) in full-time

WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US IS

After a training phase, you will be the first point of contact to handle communications via email and calls delivering proactive customer service and feedback to inquiries within promised response times

Handle and resolve inquiries in a professional manner following established policies in different languages

Ability to work independently, while having a strong team ethos with a can-do approach

Understand the policies and customers’ needs of the markets you support, and be able to flex these to ensure high customer satisfaction

Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage – virtual or in-person

High Motivation and Engagement

You speak German or Portuguese at a native level and possess fluent verbal and written skills in English

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Resilience against stress and great teamworking skills

Reliability and a strong Can-Do-Attitude

You have basic knowledge of MS Office 365

Working knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable
