Candidate Attributes:

Minimum of 3 years of general infrastructure experience, with a broad background supporting various facets of technology infrastructure.

Exemplary professionalism, customer-facing skills, and communication abilities.

Intermediate-level expertise in network configurations, encompassing Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and ground-up network installations, including servers, routers, switches, access points, and circuit configurations.

Supporting eBGP, iBGP, OSPF and Meraki cloud-managed networking solutions.

Experience collaborating with third-party network and hosting providers and solution partners. Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning at an intermediate level.

Competence in remote management tools. Intermediate-level Project Management experience. Experience with physical installations and expanding client facilities.

Basic knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) in both hosted and premise environments. Understanding of web hosting and domain management.

Willingness to contribute suggestions for ongoing process improvements.

Ability to provide hardware and software recommendations based on organizational needs while considering future growth.

While not mandatory, experience in Azure administration is preferred.
