Project Manager

Project Manager- Fashion Retail

Coordinating and supervising of negotiation, design and construction process of new stores;

Opening new stores in line with planned time schedule and budget;

Negotiating technical specifications with Landlords representatives;

Verifying technical conditions of the premises for the potential stores

Developing preliminary investment budget;

Collecting project documentation and information required to launch design process;

Coordinating design process;

Supervision over the project in accordance with lease agreements and Company technical standards;

Technical acceptance of the stores;

Technical and financial verification of subcontractor offers;

Handing over stores to Sales Department;

Preparation of reports / summaries of ongoing projects;

Formal and financial settlement of the projects;

Requirements:

Fluency (written & spoken) in Albanian and English languages;

BA/MA degree in Engineering or Architecture (preferably Civil Engineering or similar), or technical knowledge and experience in construction projects;

Min. 4 years experience in project management, construction management and supervision;

Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS;

Project will be an advantage;

Fluency in reading technical drawings;

Driving license;

Travel flexibility;

Experience in cooperation with Shopping Centres, or retail chains will be a great advantage;

Great communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork;

Negotiation skills;
