About the RoleThe End User Services (EUS) organization is accountable for the delivery of predominately Microsoft 365 productivity, collaboration, and intelligence services to all Swift staff.

The successful delivery of some of these services includes the seamless and reliable integration of software and hardware, which includes:

- user device services (laptops, screens, smartphones, printers)

- office telecommunications, meeting room, video conferencing and narrow-casting services

- application and operating system software licensing.

The effective management of these software and hardware assets throughout their lifecycle is an essential cornerstone in the delivery of high quality and reliable End User Services. The asset lifecycle management (ALM) includes, but is not limited to, budget management, planning, procurement, receipt, registration, provisioning, support, maintenance, and eventual deregistration/ decommission / disposal.

Swift is looking for an experienced and transformational leader to establish and manage EUS Hardware & Software Asset Management Service (HSAMS), in close collaboration with productivity, collaboration, and intelligence Product Owners.

What to expect?

The scope of this role includes

Define, implement, and continuously improve the asset lifecycle management (ALM) of EUS hardware and software assets, including license and asset management in accordance with corporate processes and policies

Define, implement, and continuously improve EUS Hardware Management Services ensuring the reliable operation of all hardware components throughout their lifecycle (globally)

Define, implement, and continuously improve EUS Software Management Services ensuring the reliable tracking of application and operating system software assets / licensing.

Evaluate and implement effective internal and external partnerships with vendors to deliver the services described.

Define, implement, and continuously improve Asset Management, Budget & Planning MIS to support the effective execution of budget and procurement planning in collaboration with productivity, collaboration, and intelligence Product Owners

Ensure Alignment to Swift’s corporate IT (Hardware and Software) Asset Management Processes & Policies

What will make you successful?

Deep experience and expertise in the management of hardware services and software license management

Proven track record in establishing and improving complex asset lifecycle processes (best practices, industry norms, emerging themes, risks, issues, compliance, legal, etc.

Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills.

Comprehensive complex project management and process engineering skills and experience.

Strong written and verbal communications, with experience of working with senior technology executives

Strong technical knowledge to support the effective monitoring, management, and support of hardware services. Experience of integrating processes and operations into Service Now

Certifications Preferable: PMP, ITSM Foundations, ITSM ITIL v3.0 or v4.0 Certification
