Job Description:

• Proficient in providing Linux administration support and skilled in shell scripting.

• Informatica candidate (IICS) with more than 4 years of experience and proficient in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and data integration developments/support and understanding of SOAP / Restful api Interface design principles.

• Proficient in writing complex sql and enhance the existing sql to have better performance.

• Proficient in CDI- Cloud data integration- Create code-mapping, code-mapping task, advanced taskflows.

• Should have experience in data integration/Application integration between SAP and Salesforce API, Rest API, SOAP Service .

• Good experience in jira tickets, document the technical implementation and unit testing.

• Good experience in Data validation for full load, delta load and overall data validation.

• Experience in a variety of technologies, relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and other API standards), API-driven design, messaging patterns, and application development best practice.

• Provide deep technical expertise in Integration architecture design, solutions selection and implementation, and continuous technical improvement.

• Skilled in conducting audit controls in collaboration with both internal and external audit teams.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems, applications, and infrastructure for performance issues, errors, and anomalies.

• Respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and service disruptions to minimize downtime and ensure system availability.

• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve production incidents effectively.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as linux patching, and software updates to ensure the stability and reliability of production/QA/Dev environments.

• Conduct regular audits of system configurations, security settings, and access controls to maintain compliance and security standards.

• Coordinate and support the deployment of software releases, updates, and patches to production environments.

• Ensure that deployment processes are smooth, well-documented, and adhere to best practices to minimize risks and disruptions.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, and knowledge base articles related to production systems, configurations, and procedure

• Share knowledge and best practices with team members, stakeholders, and end-users to improve operational efficiency and supportability.

• Conduct post-incident reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement, lessons learned, and preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support operations.

• Provide timely and effective support to end-users, customers, and stakeholders regarding production issues, inquiries, and requests.

• Communicate updates, status reports, and resolution plans to stakeholders and management in a clear and concise manner.
