We seek a highly experienced and detail-oriented QC Manager to join our team as a return QC Manager, who will lead a team of quality control specialists, develop QC procedures, and collaborate closely with the client’s QC team and internal stakeholders to maintain the excellence of our final deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Management

Work with the global team and contribute to designing the Quality check guidelines to adhere to the Brand’s Quality Standards

Ability to set up a process to evaluate newly listed products on technical parameters (Fabric quality, stitching quality, workmanship, overall product aesthetics, etc).

Establish clear quality standards and guidelines for all the categories (Apparel/Accessories etc), ensuring adherence to technical specifications/industry standards.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control processes for all India manufacturers following the brand's quality standard.

Ensure we accept the garments manufactured which meet the Brand's quality standard.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control processes for all return items (RTO and customer-initiated returns) following the brand's quality standard.

Prepare a training module and SOP for QC operators, which should include WMS navigation, enhanced quality check (Dirty, damaged, non-Urbanic brands), and Ticket creation of Freshdesk.

Conduct mock QC tests for QC operators and newly onboarded employees.

Prepare SOP for Re-QC and ensure that there are no gaps in the process.

Validation of customer return reason (Size, dirty, damage, etc)

Ensure that the operation team does real-time RCA for product issue-related returns.

Live video monitoring of the QC process and share feedback.

Coordinate closely with the client’s QC team to ensure the deliverables meet clients quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Manage a team of QC operators, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure consistent quality.

Build and manage a lean and efficient internal QC Team

Set priorities and monitor the progress of team members to ensure timely completion

of quality control processes.

Process Improvement:

Regularly assess and refine the return quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with client’s QC team, to identify potential areas for process optimization and automation.

Introduce new tools and methodologies that contribute to improved quality assurance procedures.

Issue Resolution:

Document and communicate any quality-related issues to the relevant teams, providing clear instructions on how to address problems.

Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of quality control processes, including issues identified, resolutions applied, and lessons learned.

Generate regular reports on quality metrics and trends, providing insights to management and suggesting proactive measures to mitigate future quality issues.
