Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses Schedule appointments and meetings for the team Assist in writing meeting minutes and reports Manage project sheets and assist in scheduling and deadlines Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met Perform general administrative tasks as needed Handle purchasing lists and receipts Handle quotations Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and preferably in Arabic Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of architectural or interior design industry is a plus Please send your CV
