The Experience

In today’s dynamic technology environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the information technology team at Colgate. Our highly technical and innovative team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape.

What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?

Performs technical configuration, development and maintenance of Customer Data Platform (CDP) functionality including listeners, data ingestion, dialogues, timeline queries, etc..

Who are you…

You are a function expert -

Build and maintain solutions on Customer Data Platform to meet future data driven, near real time personalization and omni channel needs.

You connect the dots -

You are a collaborator -

Work with Marketing and Ecommerce stakeholders to strive for greater functionality in our digital systems

You are an innovator -

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

What you’ll need…(Required)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)

Experience in data flow, GCP, API management

Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL)

What you’ll need…(Preferred)

SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC) or similar identity management platforms

Basic knowledge on ETL process

Basic knowledge of Full stack development

Working on Agile/Scrum development teams

Understanding of governmental privacy regulations on the collection and use of customer data (such a GDPR and CCPA) and how this impacts customer data management.
