Our client, a leading Railroad Construction firm with projects across Canada, is seeking a Field Safety Advisor to join their team in GTA.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing firm and make meaningful contributions to exciting projects within the Rail industry.

Responsibilities: Offer expert advice and consultation to bolster safety performance and drive continuous improvement aligned with corporate objectives.

Conduct thorough investigations, analyze safety metrics, and provide timely documentation to support decision-making.

Manage injury claims and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Facilitate safety-related training and assist in developing site-specific safety plans as needed.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design strategic initiatives and enhance client interactions.

Evaluate field safety conditions, recommend operational improvements, and actively reduce organizational risks.

Maintain accurate records, prepare compliance reports, and support audits and inspections.

Identify opportunities to enhance safety systems, mitigate hazards, and foster a culture of safety among employees and contractors.

Requirements: Degree, diploma, or certification in HSE, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles Essential experience in rail and construction industries.

Experience in injury management and field safety auditing.

Willingness to travel, mainly within Canada.
