ESTIMATOR RESIDENTIAL CALGARY INTERMEDIATE TO SENIOR LEVEL Hays is currently partnered with an award-winning Calgary-based land developer and residential home builder.

They have been creating innovative and successful communities across the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area for almost 30 years.

At the present looking to hire an Estimator for their builder side.

Your new role As the Estimator you will report directly into the Senior Manager and work alongside a professional and close knit team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing customisation, pricing and other pre-construction related duties for a variety of residential builds (Bungalows, Front Attached, Laned, Side by side, etc). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside a variety of departments within the organisation to ensure the success of projects.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have past experience in a Estimator role and strong trades connections in the market.

This candidate can come from either a single family (production or custom), multi-family or commercial construction background.

Ideally, this person will have strong analytical skills, and a good sense of urgency.

Past experience with cost estimating, drafting specifications and proficient in estimating programs is an asset.
