Digital Product Manager

Role:

Maintain and update product data in relevant systems.

Ensure data accuracy and corrections in all systems including website, ERP, and POS.

Maintain and update company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate with IT and web development teams to optimize the ecommerce platform for performance, user experience, and functionality.

Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure timely posting of campaigns.

Act as a liaison between the organization and implementation partners.

Proactively test software from a user perspective, identify and address bugs, and suggest additional features for improvement.

The below responsibilities will be an add on;

Possess considerable experience in utilizing both WordPress and WooCommerce platforms.

Proficient in utilizing the Zoho suite of applications..

Requirements

Fluency in English with excellent data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel.

Strong aptitude for technology and operational processes.

Ability to take 100% responsibility and accountability for work.

Exceptional memory recall and retention abilities.

Outcomes:

Product data is accurately maintained and updated across all systems.

Data accuracy and corrections are implemented effectively.

Thirdparty marketplaces are managed efficiently.

Company SOPs are regularly updated and adhered to.

Ecommerce platform is optimized for performance and user experience.

Digital marketing campaigns are posted timely.

Effective liaison between the organization and implementation partners.

Software is tested rigorously, bugs are identified and addressed promptly, and suggestions for improvement are provide.

Benefits

Salary Range: Starts from INR 60,000/month, based on candidate's work experience and skills.

Working Hours: MonSat, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (Hybrid Work Model available).

Location: South Delhi.
