Position Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Revit Software, you will play a crucial role in our projects by providing accurate quantification and cost estimation using Revit software. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. This position requires a strong understanding of both quantity surveying principles and Revit software proficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

Utilize Revit software to perform accurate quantification of materials and resources required for construction projects.

Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications, including materials, labor, and other expenses.

Analyze project requirements and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met within budgetary constraints.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quantity surveying activities, including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project reports.

Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of quantity surveying data and cost estimates.

Identify and mitigate risks related to cost overruns, resource shortages, and other factors that may impact project delivery.

Communicate effectively with clients to address queries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Around 4 to 6 years of experience in quantity surveying, with demonstrated proficiency in Revit software.

Expertise in using Revit software for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project requirements and data.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with internal teams effectively and external stakeholders.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quantity surveying calculations and documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, as well as independently when required.
