Purpose of Job:
As the Sales Manager, you'll lead revenue growth and market expansion efforts. Develop strategic sales plans, manage key market segments, and cultivate customer relationships to promote solar products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Sales Strategies for Industrial clients
2. Drive engagement with Solar EPC’s
3. Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
4. Identify new business opportunities
5. Provide guidance and support to junior staff
6. Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
7. Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions
8. Conduct market research and analysis
9. Prepare sales reports and forecasts
10. Conduct financial analysis for projects
11. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2. 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a similar role
3. Strong sales and client relationship skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Willingness to travel
6. Experience in storage and Hybrid Solar system design is a plus
7. Valid driver’s license
