Position Overview: As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction activities at our project sites. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Experience in Villa projects is mandatory for this role, as you will be responsible for managing all aspects of villa construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee all construction activities at the project site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure that work is carried out according to project specifications.

Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and workmanship meet or exceed industry standards.

Monitor the progress of construction activities, identify potential delays or issues, and take proactive measures to address them.

Enforce safety regulations and procedures at the project site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and storage of construction materials to ensure timely availability at the project site.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and safety records.

Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of managing villa construction projects.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and methods.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise construction teams effectively.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick, informed decisions to resolve issues on-site.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and documents.

Experience in managing villa construction projects is mandatory for this role.

Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
