Job Description

Establish and govern comprehensive corporate CRM and Social Media strategies, workplans, and day-to-day program administration.

Establish and continuously improve key metrics of measure, including volume delivery of messages, open rates, conversion rates, and social engagement (e.g. growth of followers, and post interaction).

Drive cross-enterprise adoption of CRM and Social Media best practices, involving cross-departmental work teams to meaningfully contribute to advanced, automated, integrated programming in both domains.

Drive delivery of multiple, reusable workflows and all related forms, templates, CTA sequences, landing pages, and other devices within existing CRM system (HubSpot).

Execute multiple inter-related live event, webinar, and sales outreach initiatives with superior attention to timely output and error-free deliverables.

Guide the company toward full integration of CRM, Social, SEO, and Website Systems in order to Attract, Engage, and Delight customers and prospects sustainably.

Serve as internal champion to promote continuous learning in CRM and Social Media domains, plus launch initiative to certify both Marketing and Sales team members in HubSpot.

Develop and maintain weekly internal reports that comprehensively detail and track status of all projects.

Develop and execute a full-scale plan for the maintenance and continuous growth of Sierra contact lists with special focus on growth of permissioned (subscription) lists.

Work directly with marketing team members to creatively envision and develop outbound messages and materials.

Maintain a current list, including URL.

Requirements

Mandatory: 5+ years of ever-increasing responsibility and proven success managing CRM and Social Systems.

Direct, sustained, expert knowledge of HubSpot, with full-scale, up-to-date certifications in Sales and Marketing Modules.

Proficient knowledge and skilled in use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Teams, SharePoint, and related productivity software.

Strong working knowledge of Social Platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter, including how to build pages, create posts, and (preferably) engage in Search/Display Advertising.

Comfortable managing and analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.

Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers.

Previous experience working with/for a high-tech firm highly desired, but not mandatory.

Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team members.
