Salary: Rs. 15,000 to 18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Roles And Responsibilities

Will be responsible for installation & demonstration of equipment at customer premises.

Handle customer complaints and provide support to customer for maintenance and repair as per their request.

Schedule and follow up preventive maintenance visits at customer site.

Provide training to customers for operating the equipment.

Submit reports about the equipments conditions and customer complaints on weekly and monthly basis to the reporting manager.

Should have positive attitude and find solutions to the problems arising during service jobs.

Should be humble and polite in communication.

Not hesitant of travelling in the assigned territory Delhi (NCR) & neighbouring states.

Should have his own vehicle (preferable 2 Wheeler) and Driving Licence

Eligibility & Required Skills

B.Tech/B.E in Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering

Proficiency in English Language Spoken as well as written is a must

Sound knowledge of operating computer systems, MS Word, Excel & PPT would be desired
