Responsibilities
Provides guidance and assist seller/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealings.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, agreements, deeds, closing statements etc)
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best prices.
Updating all the information and scheduling property visit
Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are connected
Aware about every new projects with full details
Convince client for property
Visit the properties to client according to requirements.
Requirements & Skills As a Sales Executive
Excel knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Should be competitive and confident
Should be focused on delivering the best for their respective companies
Should have selling, and negotiation skills
Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets.
