Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Podar Education Network. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative functions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in general administration, with a strong skill set in transport management, vendor management, housekeeping, purchase management, and facility management (FM).
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of general administration principles and practices
Experience in transport management and vendor management is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in facility management and purchase management is a must
Roles And Responsibilities
Oversee and manage various administrative functions within the company
Manage day-to-day operations of the office
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Handle transport management, including the scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of goods and services
Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain a clean and organized office environment
Handle purchase management, including inventory control and vendor negotiations
Ensure proper facility management, including maintenance and repairs
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
Manage office supplies and equipment
Handle the coordination of meetings and events
Maintain records and files in both electronic and hard copy formats
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
